Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 2 night minimum stay. Prices based on 1-4 guests, add $25/extra guest to total.
- ** PET FEES: Based on each Pet - $25 per pet, per night
(No Cat's) - A $200 security deposit is required and will be added in the total cost. In order to book a reservation I require 1/2 of the total cost (rent + taxes + sec. dep. = TOTAL) the other 1/2 will be due 2 weeks prior to your arrival date.
