Payment is by personal check or money order. $500 refundable security deposit also due 30 days prior to arrival. If you have a dog and get prior approval to bring it, there is a $75 Pet Fee.

- Bedroom #1 is the master suite and occupies the whole 3rd floor of the home. There is a Double Bed and a Queen Bed in that Room along with a Baby Crib set up in the Walk In Closet. There is also a 1/2 bath attached to the bedroom on that floor. Bedroom #2 is located on the second floor of the home and has 2 twin beds that can also be pushed together to make a King. There is also a small twin mattress in the closet so if extra people (usually kids wanting to be together) can have something to sleep on. This bedroom is located directly across from the bathroom and is on the same floor as the kitchen, dining area, and 'Main' living room. In the main living room there are 2 couches, one being a pull out queen sofa. Bedroom #3 and #4 are on the 1st Floor of the home. Bedroom #3 has a double bed and Bedroom #4 has twin bunk beds. There is also another living room on this floor of the home allowing plenty of space for multiple families. There is also another couch in this living room
