Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- We ask for a deposit of 50% as a requirement for reservation, the balance of the rental fee is due upon arrival.
Cancellations: Deposits are refundable only if we can rent the cottage to someone else during that period. No Smoking, No Pets. Check in 3:00 pm, check out 10:00 am.
Cross the Sagamore Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal.
Take Route 6 (Mid-Cape Highway) to Exit 11.
Turn left (South) on Route 137 to Route 28.
Turn right on Route 28 to Pleasant Street (1/2 mile).
Proceed to Longs Lane on right.
Go to Sea Mist Lane on left, and drive to oceanfront - During April, May and end of Sept. into October we can offer better rates.
