Clayton House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $ 400/Weekend(Fri/Sat night); $200 Each Additional Night.
$1200/Week(6 nights 7 days) .. $3600/Month. Call for Special Long-Term Rates.
Cleaning fee:$175 ; $250 Refundable Security Deposit.
Two night minimum stay. Cancellation Policy: 50% refund with one month's advance
notice; no refund within 30 days.
Agreement will be sent to you and must be filled out before confirming rental.
1/2 rent + $250 security + cleaning fee due at reservation time
with signing of agreement.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
