Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Long term rates - inquire
- Standard Rates: A cleaning fee of $75.00 is charged for our housekeeper to come clean the house in the middle of your stay if longer then 3 nights. Optional daily housekeeping for $15.00 per day.
- Minimum stay is 3 nights. Maximum number of guests is 6 persons. Cancellations made at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date will be refunded.. Cancellations less then 4 weeks prior to the arrival date are non-refundable. We welcome responsible adults that will treat our home as we would. We can recommend nearby accommodations for student groups. No smoking or pets are allowed. We accept Paypal.
