Remaining payment due upon arrival along with taxes, not including the security payment. Paypal accepted.
- Cleaning fee is not assessed if renter leaves cottage in reasonable condition. Normal washing dishes, wiping counters and food free(emptied) refrigerator upon leaving is expected. 20$/day pet charge, pet must be present at check-in. As with all properties close to wilderness, be advised that there are other wild and domestic animals in the area, cottage owner not responsible for pet safety.

- For the first fifty years of existence for this cottage the lake was the only bath! The official bathing beach for the city of Mackinaw City is on this sand beach. Existing shower is in upstairs bedroom, but is very functional.
