Miraflores Apartment Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1700 USD/month if staying for 3 months or more, utilities not included.
- $35 maintenance and cleaning fees are additional and the cleaning would typically occur after the stay; however, scheduling of house cleaning depends on length of stay and will accommodate the guest’s preferences for those visits lasting longer than one week.
- $80 USD/ day; $560 USD/ week; $1700 USD/ month. $200 USD deposit will be required to reserve accommodations. This will be returned at the end of your stay provided the contract’s agreement is met.
