Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- In Season rates apply for Labor Day Weekend (9/2/2011 - 9/5/2011), Thanksgiving Weekend (11/24/2011 - 11/27/2011) and during the Winter Holidays (12/15/2011 - 01/01/2012). Minimum 3 night stay. Maximum 6 guests.
- If you have a large party, inquire about renting the entire house and doubling the number of guests!! Each side has its own accommodations and privacy, but can be joined through a common door. This is the only villa in Colony Don Pedro with one owner of both sides.
