- Please keep in mind this beach cottage is 830 square feet. Bedrooms are cozy! The property size is almost 2500 square feet, which makes it feel airy and open. Many windows and french doors open to the outside. Most of the living space is in the living and dining area. The bedrooms have a built in closest/armoires and a dresser. Very charming and but cozy! European Style!
