Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Plus 10% tax and onetime $60.00 cleaning fee.
- Fully refundable reservation/security deposit is required.
Summer season is weekly only.
Three night minimum stay required for stays during winter. Spring and fall minimum is 2 nights, except holidays - 4 day night minimum for Labor Day, Christmas and New Year's weeks. - Call for holiday rates.
