Albuquerque House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- I like to charge $85.00 per night except during Balloon Fiesta which is $200.00. Negotiable
- No contracts unless requested, no worries, no drama, just show up safe. Verbal agreement is fine.
- Normal Rate includes furnishings, utilities, internet, pet friendly and enclosed yard.
Special rates available upon request include housekeeping $15.00 per day, dog sitting (negotiable) and designated driver at $5.00 per mile. Please don't drink and drive in New Mexico you will lose, it's cheaper to pay me or a taxi driver.
