Building has no pool, No under 25 group rentals. Unit is Ocean Front with both Ocean Views and Bay Views from rear entrance of the condo
*Sheets and Towels not provided, Av - Making a Reservation:
Reservations require a one-half deposit to reserve the property, which includes the security deposit, applicable taxes. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to reservation date. A rental agreement and contract must accompany deposit. If booking is less than 30 days prior to arrival payment is due in full. If more than 7 months before the reservation date 10% deposit is all that is required.
*Check In
Electronic codes for the building and the condo will be provided the day before your reservation date. No check in at a rental office is required, no keys need to be returned. Just arrive punch in the code and your vacation begins!
•No group rentals to under 25 year olds. No high school renters.
