Lake Ozark Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- May-Oct .. $250/night (2 nights min)..$1500/week (7th night is free).
Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day weekends-$300 night, 3 night minimum. Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays-$300 per night. Nov-Apr 150/night. $100 non-refundable cleaning fee regardless of number of nights booked.
One night's deposit due at reservation & refunded after cleaning and inventory.
Full payment by credit card must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, the deposit will be forfeited. An administrative fee will be charged to any candellations once rental is booked.
