Cleaning fee of $150-$175 for all rentals (depending on size of party and length of stay)
Security deposit of $250-$500 (returned within 2 weeks of receiving back key and report from cleaning crew)
50% deposit of rental fee required to reserve dates, along with signing of rental agreement; remainder of rental fee, along with the cleaning fee and security deposit, due 60 days before arrival - Long-term rentals are also a possibility in the fall, winter, and spring months

- 4th bedroom is actually the finished basement which we usually use for the kids ('kids kabin'). There are 3 daybeds with trundle beds under each to sleep 6, although we also provide two (2) additional mattresses that can be easily brought out and used on the floor to sleep 8 in the 'kids cabin'. We also have a cot that can be moved around, as well as a couple of additional mattresses that can be put down on the floor.
