Denmark Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 200.00 will be need and full payment by check three weeks before your rental date. There is an additional charge of 7 % sales tax for the state of Maine.
Day rate is 150.00 per night, two night min.
$250.00 security, which includs a $50. cleaning fee. Security paid at the time of contract siging. Rental paid at least two weeks in advance of date. You will need to bring sheets and towels. Once the contract is signed and your dates are reserved, the security is non refundable (less cleaning).
We are flexible in our time frame, in that you do not have to rent from Sat. to Sat. as most rentals. Daily rates are two day min.
No pets or smoking inside the cottage.

- All linen is supplied by the renter for all beds. The rooms have fans and storage areas. The great room has a new pull out. The loft bedroom (is wall to wall carpet), play and storage area has 3 air mattresses that can be used as sofa's. The loft has games and a table for children.
