Santa Ynez House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Stays less than 30 days subject to 10% lodging tax.
- For 2: $195/night, Sun -- Thurs; $225 night, Fri & Sat.
For 4: $250/night, Sun -- Thurs; $275/night, Fri & Sat. 2 night minimum.
$1200/week for 2; $1400/week for 4. $3,400/month. Maximum 4 people.
$300 fully refundable security deposit due at time of reservation.
Payment of rent & non refundable cleaning fee due 2 weeks before arrival date
Cleaning fee for 2 people: $50. Cleaning fee for 3 - 4 people: $80. Cleaning fee for monthly rentals $100.
Cancellation must be received 1 week before scheduled arrival date or full deposit
will be held.
