No refunds for cancellations made within 120 days of arrival see lease for details. Cancellations must be in writing. - No refunds for early departure. - Method of payment is certified check, money order, bank cashiers check or credit cards (Credit cards are subject to a 2-3% added surcharge) There is a $95.00 Exit Cleaning fee.
