Portland House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates may vary depending upon holiday or special event.
- Weekly Rates $675 Plus 8% tax, $49 damage protection fee and $65 cleaning fee. TOTAL $843/week
One Month Rate $1695 Plus $59 damage protection fee and $200 cleaning fee, no tax. TOTAL $1954 One Month
Multi Month Rate $1495/mth Plus $59 damage protection fee and $200 cleaning fee, no tax TOTAL depends on length of stay.
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate and signed rental contract are required to book the suite. Please make payments via credit card or e check. The BALANCE OF RENT is due in full, ten (10) days before your arrival date. Ask about In-Suite spa services, romantic retreat upgrades and cleaning services. - Romantic Retreat Package Upgrade - Fresh Flowers, Champagne Toast and Chocolates upon arrival $49.
Weekly Cleaning available by request. $65
In-Suite Massage Service available by request.
