There are 2 more bedrooms (1 with private bath) and the kids will really enjoy the double bunkbeds in the loft. The second bathroom upstairs has a magnificent glass and tile shower and double vanity. Each bedroom has a king size bed and TV.

Adjacent to the Great Room is the enormous gourmet kitchen with custom cabinets and center island with bar stools. There cannot be too many cooks in this kitchen with two ovens and two sinks! Next to the kitchen is the laundry area with washer and dryer. There is also a half bath for your convenience. The entire home and dock is equipped with a Russound Multiroom Entertainment System. The system offers Sirius Satellite Radio, an IPod dock, Media Server which includes Internet Radio and a library of CD's and DVD's, a separate CD/DVD player, and AM/FM radio, that can be controlled in all bedrooms, the great room and dock. So.. you don't have to listen to what the kids are listening to. For those of you who want to bring your boat or jet ski(s), we
offer 2 boat hoists. In addition, there are 2 kayaks & pedal boat.
