*Weekend rentals are from Fri-Mon. Weekly rentals are from Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri.
*A minimum stay of 3 nights is required during High Season, and a minimum stay of 2 nights is required during Low Season.
*Certain holidays may require a minimum stay.
*A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required. The deposit is not applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within 30 days.
*The advance payment to confirm your reservation is 50% of the rental fee (including a 10% Hotel Tax) and a $200 deposit must be received within 7 days of booking the reservation. The remaining rental is due 60 days before arrival.
*Linens are not included;however, they can be ordered in advance for $65 which includes flat & fitted sheet, pillow cases, towels & wash cloths.
