Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- All inclusive daily rates for 1 or 2 persons = $120 total. *
All inclusive daily rates for 3 or 4 persons = $175 total. *
All inclusive daily rates for 5 or 6 persons = $230 total. *

* 10% discount for those arriving by pedal power.
* One night only bed and breakfast rate = $50/room. - Our room rates are inclusive of all meals served at Lanna Thai Villa or prepared in advance of local trips. Also included are free maid and personal laundry service. Free beverages excluding alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours. There are no additional charges for the use and enjoyment of other facilities such as our pool, ADSL Wi-Fi service, home theater, library, bikes etc. Chiang Rai airport transfers Bt.1000 each way. Non local excursion rates vary with time and distance and need to overnight away from the Villa. Room rates are for the facility plus indicated meals, amenities and services.

- All en suite bathrooms at Lanna Thai Villa have hot and cold running water in both sink and shower stall. Each bathroom has its own unique tile decor including matching non slip floor tiles. Handcrafted teak built ins support hand thrown ceramic sinks set into granite counter tops. Additional accent is provided by art collected from both Thailand and neighboring countries.

- All bedrooms at Lanna Thai Villa feature hardwood floors, teak built-ins and closets with drawers and hanging space. Oriental rugs and regional artwork are a feature of each room. Further accent is provided by bedspreads hand loomed by members of the Lue ethnic group. All bedrooms are air conditioned with king siz beds with adjacent teak night stands. Bedroom screened windows open onto views of the inner court and pool plus adjacent yard or gardens. Bedroom lighting is controlled by dimmer switch. All bedrooms are equipped with smoke alarms for visitor safety. Additional seating with end table is available in two of the bedrooms. Bedroom size varies from 18 - 22 sq.m. (193 - 236 sq. ft.). Extra bedding is available for cooler Winter nights. Daily maid service ensures you have time to focus on relaxing, exercising, touring or interacting with the locals.
