CLEANING FEE: $300.00 for house + $75 for studio. $500 Deposit(Refundable) (refunded within first week after departure.)

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. - Additional Studio unit available if extra space is needed. Studio is not rented separately. STUDIO IS ONLY RENTED TO THE GUESTS IN MAIN HOUSE ONLY. STUDIO rents for $100.00 per night with extra cleaning of $75.
Both units rented together can sleep 10 guests. Cribs, playpens, high chairs, can also be added at extra charge.

Bedroom 3, has 2 new Twin beds with large closet, dresser drawers and large windows. Bedroom 4, (self contained studio with bathroom, kitchenette, air-conditioning, flat screen TV This home also has a separate studio with its own entrance. The Studio is only rented to the guests that rent the 3 bedroom home upstairs. The Studio has full bathroom, microwave, small refrigerator, TV., Lanai with views of lawn area, ocean.
