Arcadia House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We request 50% of the balance to secure your date(s) and the other 50% will be due 30 days prior to your stay. In addition, we require an extra $50.00 for our cleaning fee which should be included with final payment. Checks are preferred, and you may write it out to Carl Hencsie.
As for check in and check out times, we ask guests to exit by 10 a.m. unless previous arrangements have been arranged and incoming guests may check in at 2:00 p.m.
