Since none of our guests in the past seemed to have used the house phone,we've decided not to provide one.
We will provide all important pnone numbers in the rental pamphlets. - Requires 50% rental amount before booking and is non refundable.
Remaining 50% to be paid sooner or no later than 45 days before occupancy,in addition to that the refundable security deposit of $750 and cleaning fee of $175 are also to be made at this time. Security deposits will be refunded two weeks after departure provided there are no damagesto the property or charges to the cable .
