Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters
- 10/27/12 - 12/31/12=$4695. **2013 weekly rates 1/1 - 3/22=$4890, 3/23 - 5/3=$5985, 5/4 - 5/24=$7280, 5/25 - 5/31=$7390, 6/1 - 6/7=$9890, 6/8 - 6/14=$10795, 6/15 - 6/28=$11100, 6/29 - 7/26 =$11750, 7/27 - 8/9=$11250, 8/10 - 8/16 =$9270, 8/17 - 8/23=$8490, 8/24 - 9/27=$6580, 9/28 - 12/31=$4890.
Linen rentals are available if needed. Add 11% taxes to rates. Pool heating available March-May and Sept-Oct. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Call for special requests. Off season nightly rate $995/nt--min. 3 nights. Departure maid service included for full weeks at above rates. Minimum age 25 for renters. No pets. If a pet is discovered, a special $500 cleaning fee will be assessed and the pet must be boarded. - Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday from April through October.
