New Years: 12/29 - 1/1 - Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of arrival date will receive a full refund, less a 15% (of total) handling fee.
- Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance will receive no refund unless the home can be re-rented to another person. If the home is re-rented, a full refund will be given, less the 15% handling fee.
- Refunds are NOT given for inclement weather, lake conditions, or other acts of mother nature. In the very rare case the Sunset Beach Lake House is part of a forced evacuation or the property becomes uninhabitable due to damage or flood, a refund will be given.
- Release of obligation will be at the sole discretion of owner.

- The master bedroom of the lake house has a pillow-top king bed, night stands, dresser, TV, walk-in closet and a crib (please bring your own linens for the crib). This bedroom is decorated in pleasing soft sand colored walls and red painted concrete. An extra room off the master bedroom has 2 single sofa beds and a great lake and beach view. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed for sleeping up to 3 people. It also has a dresser, night stand and walk-in closet. More children can sleep on the floor in sleeping bags or by using an air mattresses.
