- The cottage has recently been completely remodeled with new beds, new paint, new plumbing, new faucets, new refrigerator, new shower, new toilet, new medicine cabinet, new Italian tile flooring in the bathroom & kitchen & new hardwood flooring in the bedroom! We also have new kitchen cabinets & new counter tops! The stove has also been replaced with a glass-top model & we have a new washing machine! We also have a new first aid kit!!!

- The cool tradewinds which blow off of the ocean keep our guests very comfortable! There is never a need for air conditioning! January through March is whale watching season & whales are a common sight during these months in the waters in front of the cottage. You can even hear them splashing & spouting in the ocean! Because of our location you will see spectacular sunrises over the ocean! If you go to our website you will see all of the favorable comments that we have received in the last 25 years from the thousands of guests that have stayed with us!
