- The master bedroom has a quality bedroom suite with Queen size bed and luxurious bedding. It has an en suite bathroom with bath,(in tub shower), toilet and vanity sink plus large closet. Patio door to private deck with fabulous views over the bay. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with quality bedding, walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has two single (twin) beds that can be put together to make a king bed, if required. The family bathroom has a walk in shower with toilet and vanity unit. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, air exchanger and are supplied with quality bedding. For families with a baby a full size crib plus a high chair can be provided upon request.

The kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, coffee maker, kettle, tea pot, kitchen utensils, saucepans, with ample crockery, cutlery and glasses. There is a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house has central heating and a fire for cooler nights plus an air exchanger. All bedrooms have fitted ceiling fans. The lounge has two large comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, lamps and fireplace, plus binoculars to watch the birds on the bay, look out for the Bald Eagle and Osprey families. There is a selection of DVDs and a basket of books. The dining room has a large glass table that seats 6. There is also a selection of indoor and outdoor games provided. The deck has a BBQ and 6 person Hot Tub and is truly a place to relax and watch the sun go down
