Austin Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rates are $200 per night for all seasons except for special events South by Southwest (SXSW), Austin City Limits (ACL) and Formula 1 (F1).
PayPal deposit required for booking. ($300 for all seasons, $500 for SXSW, ACL, and F1.) Your deposit is fully refunded upon departure, as long as the property is left in excellent condition.
After receiving your booking deposit, you are officially booked. Full rental payment due upon check-in (30 days prior to check-in for events). Payment by check or PayPal must be received 10 days prior to your stay. Payment by cash, money order, or credit card may be paid upon arrival.

To calculate what your rental cost will be, multiply $200 by the number of nights you will be staying and add $75 for cleaning. There are no additional fees or taxes. (The $300 deposit is a separate transaction and is fully refundable.)

- The bathroom is sparkling clean, with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub. The shower has excellent water pressure with a big, sunflower shower head. Neutrogena soap and shampoo is provided. There are plenty of clean bath and pool towels in the cabinet.

- The bedroom opens onto the balcony and is wonderfully bright and airy. In the morning, the crepe myrtle outside the balcony fills with songbirds! The king bed is a Stearns & Foster mattress with down comforter and 600-thread count sheets. The bed is amazing. Everyone loves it!
