*Full payment of Total Costs are due at the time of booking your reservation - Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted (no additional fee) - personal checks must be received within 3 business days of booking and must clear before reservations are confirmed - upon booking, we will send you a rental agreement form
*Cancellations: normally, no return of rental fees will be made if a cancellation request is made within 45 calendar days of check-in unless another reservation takes your place for the same or longer period of time on the same dates)- your security deposit and cleaning fee will be returned within one week of cancellation
