These events are: Pony Penning Week ($2795); and Oyster Festival Weekend ( 3 nights) - $1200. NOTE: DAILY RATES - ARE ONLY AVAILABLE DURING NON-PRIME SEASONS. NOTE: There is no cleaning fee, and as elsewhere noted there is no cost associated with the use of the kayaks and bikes mentioned. ALL RENTALS will have a 11% local tax added to them. Sheet and Towel Service optional: $60
- Please note:Personal checks preferred, but credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), e-checks, Discover, & PayPAL are accepted.(There is a surcharge for payment with any method besides checks). A $300 refundable security deposit is necessary to reserve the property, and a rental agreement will need to be signed for all rentals.

The Master BR is carpeted. A desk with a PC is in BR 2. BR 2 has a walkout balcony. The Observation Tower has circular stairs leading from the MBR hall - it is not necessary to enter the MBR to climb to the Tower. Wi-Fi access to the Internet is available in all Bedrooms as well as the rest of the house.
