Fort Lauderdale Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $275 - $350/night; $1925 - $2450/week (Inquire about long term rates)
- 5% County Tax & 6% Florida Tax are included in rates.Rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations are not considered accepted until 'RENTAL AGREEMENT' is signed by guest.Reservations are not considered confirmed until a credit card is approved.
Deposits
A 50% deposit is due through MC, VISA,Discover, or Diners Club at the time of reservation.The remaining 50% is due the morning of the check-in, before arrival.
Security Deposit
$1000 through MC,VISA,Discover,or Diners Club is due the morning of check-in for stays of 7 nights or more.For stays of 4, 5 and 6 nights, Security Deposit of $500 is due through MC etc at the time of reservation, $500 balance is due the morning of check-in.
Security Deposit will be refunded within 5 days after departure if there is no damage or loss to the property beyond normal wear & tear
Cancellation Policy
A min 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a full refund of deposit.90 day notice for mo stay - General Policies
There is no lifeguard. Swimming is at your own risk. For everybody’s health, there is no smoking in the house. We suggest that guests arrange for travel insurance to protect a prepaid stay. Check-in & check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times, provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates.
Groups
This home is a single-family dwelling in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. It is designed to accommodate a maximum of 10 people, incl children. With respect for our neighbors, our property is NOT available for parties or group gatherings of any kind. It is intended for mature adults & families. Larger gatherings of guests visiting the tenants must be pre-approved in writing. We do not rent to 18 year olds, college groups,or bachelor(ette) parties. No noise outside after 10 p.m.
