* 2.9% PayPal service charge added to credit card payments (if done by emailed invoice; PayPal charges 3.5% if card taken over the phone). Payment by check does not incur this fee.
* Stays that include a Friday or Saturday night are considered weekend stays, and will have two nights charged at weekend rates.
* All holidays are at high season weekend rates, with 3-night minimums for most; 4-night minimum for 4th of July; and 5-night minimums for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
* Rates subject to change until booking is confirmed. Once confirmed rates are fixed; new rates posted after confirmation do not - * 28 days notice required for cancellations with full refund. Shorter notice
incurs a charge that is potentially up to the full rental fee and security deposit,
depending upon the amount of notice given and our ability to re-book the dates.
