NOTE: If Jan. is not already booked, Jan. must be taken with Feb. Long term rentals 6 months or more require signing of special contract and up to 3 months security held. Other provisions will apply for long term rentals. - House available all year. In-season months of Jan-March a 30 day stay is required.
Minimum stay 14 days for off season months (Apr-Dec). Rates are as posted. Tenants to pay utilities in off season months (cable, electric and phone) and on two week rentals.
