4 night minimum.
- Valentine's, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day: 3 night minimum
- Additional guests: $15 per person per night.
- $95 cleaning fee per rental period
- A 12% sales and lodging tax will be added to all rental charges
- Forms of payment: We accept VISA, MC and Checks drawn on a US bank.
- Refundable $250 security deposit - Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
