We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. 5. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- Your credit card details are required for pre-authorization. This is a similar process to a hotel. A transaction only takes place under these rare circumstances; a. Damage is done to villa or its contents, external or internal, beyond normal wear and tear. b. Charges are incurred due to contraband or pets; c. Debris, rubbish and discards are not placed in waste bins. Dirty dishes are not placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. d. All keys are left in the lock box and the villa is left locked. e. Any charges accrued during the stay (e.g. additional pool heat) f. Linens are lost or damaged.
