Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $770/wk - $2475/mo Canadian Dollars
- ALL TAXES ARE INCLUDED. Nominal $25 cleaning fee per booking.
$250 deposit per month of reservation due at time of booking (kept as damage deposit & refunded on departure)
Full payment due 30 days before arrival; full payment due for last minute bookings
HIGH season rates (June, July, August): $875/week; $2875/month
PEAK season rates (July 1st Canada Day/Pride week; TIFF; Xmas/New Year's): $980/week
Rates subject to change during peak seasons
All bookings of less than 7 nights on case-by-case basis only and incur $90 cleaning fee
AX,VI,MC,DS, JCB, PayPal, bank transfer from any Canadian bank
all rates in Canadian dollars
CANCELLATION POLICY:
60 days or more prior to arrival: full refund
30-60 days prior: loss of deposit
15-30 days prior: 50% of rental fee
No refunds within 15 days of arrival;
Parking passes available at a public lot one block away - Dates Available: Year Round.
