- Master bedroom 1 downstairs has great queen bed and is next to the full bathroom downstairs. Fold out queen couch is in the living room. Bedroom 2 upstairs has 2 queen beds and 1 twin. Spacious room, plenty of floor space for the thick sleeping pads that we have in closet upstairs for kids on floor. Bedroom 3 upstairs has excellent queen bed plus full size baby crib. All linens included.
