This condo is our second home. We want renters to treat it as if it were their own, therefore, we do not rent to High School or College age persons. We ask that at least one occupant be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the unit for the duration of the rental period. Thanks for understanding.
There is a refundable security deposit required and to be returned within 7 days after checkout as long as there is no damage or loss to unit/property and no excessive cleaning required
Check in time 3pm. Check out time10am.
Renters need to provide their own linens and towels as well as any toiletries/paper products.
