DEPOSIT:
With inquiry more than 6 months prior to planned arrival, a deposit of 20% is needed to make a reservation.
By 90 days before arrival, a total deposit of 50% of the rental amount is due, and payment in full is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival.
No reservation is confirmed until we receive deposit and a rental agreement completed and signed by you.
PAYMENT options:
* By CASH in the US: Personal Check (must be received 30 days or more before your arrival).
* By CASH from outside the US: International Bank Draft, in US$.
* By CASH with direct deposit to our bank account in USA or Costa Rica.
* By PayPal, using a debit or credit card.
* By credit card or eCheck via PayPal. (If you want to use a credit card and do not have a PayPal account.) - Damage Deposit:
Choose either a $ 40 non-refundable fee at the time of reservation for a 'Property Damage Protection' policy, or a $300 refundable CASH security deposit upon arrival. This deposit will be refunded to you upon departure, after the premises have been found to be in a satisfactory condition.
Renter is responsible for the inventory and will be charged for any missing or damaged items. This includes the property, e.g. walls, doors, fixtures, etc.
