- Our weekly rates are based on a Sat to Sat booking in the summer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer extra nights and all bookings must be on a weekly basis.
Please inquire about consideration for discounts on last minute bookings based on availability. Last minute meaning a week or less before the desired dates. - In addition to the rent there is Hotel and TMD Tax, cleaning fee, and a refundable security deposit.
To reserve this unit, 25% of the total is required with the balance due 90 days in advance.
Refunds will be given for any cancellations made before the 90 day final balance payment with a $50.00 cancellation fee.
If after the 90 days we will only refund the money if we can rent the unit for the dates you reserved. We will do our best to rent all or part of those dates.
We suggest you look into renter's insurance for your travel plans.
