June 1 through Oct. 31 rentals are Sat. to Sat. only. Nov.-May rentals have flexible start dates and 3 night min.
Holiday and school break weeks may be 10% higher.
Personal checks or online payments accepted. We do not accept bank wire transfers.
We rent to responsible, non-smoking adults. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the property including outdoors.
