Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A $250.00 deposit to reserve and final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- Security Deposit: $400.00 for a week or less, $600 for rentals over one week and holidays.
Deposit will be refunded within 30 days after check-out less any damages if any.
Please check in at main gate when arriving Arrowhead Lake community. Amenities badges are required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Rates are $7.50 per day or $25.00 per week(over 6 years of age)
Valid Driver's License/Car Registration required prior to check in. Gate Passes and badges must be returned to the Welcome Center at your departure. An additional $25.00 will be deducted from your security per pass/badge.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. A 25.00 per car fee is also requirred by Arrowhead Community . This is paid 3 days prior to your arrival.
Security is strictly enforced. If you receive any type of violation during your stay, the fine must be paid directly to Arrowhead Lakes. Owner will not be responsible for any fines. - Call for special rates and monthly rentals. House sleeps 13, those with more will be charge $100 per person per night.. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency. Towels for kitchen , pillow/comforters are provided, but personal bath, sheets, pillowcases and pool towels are your responsibility.
Must be 25 years of age and proof is requirred...No exceptions! Checks must have address on them or will not be accepted

Check out is 11'30 am
