Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A 4% local Lodging Tax will be applied to your rental. NO other charges or fees will be applied.
- Weekly rentals are preferred during the Summer season, and generally run Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is anytime after 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your stay. The balance is due within 30 days of your arrival.
- We provide bed and bath linens, a stocked pantry, local coffee and a bottle of Finger Lakes wine. All guests are e-mailed a custom Google Map we've put together that highlights local attractions. We specialize in advising guests on the local wine scene, and love to give recommendations and assist in your your planning.
