Weekly rentals include two free car passes for gate access. Renters staying less than one week (or) additional car passes needed will be charged the following amount:

- The Summer is weekly rental only (exception for Early/Late Summer).
- Spring, Fall, and Winter periods require a two-night min. stay.
- For stays less than one week the daily rate = weekly rate divided by five.
** Discounts are given for multi-week and monthly rentals! - Your rent includes total access to the Island's Beach and Racquet Club area (large swimming pool with bathhouses, infant pool, exercise facility, tennis courts, volley ball area, and, pool side eatery). You also have complete access to Harbor Island's pristine beach totaling over 2.5 miles!
