- Rates over Holidays and Holiday weekends have an added $50 per day premium. With every stay there is a minimum $1000 deposit (depending on stay length and terms) that is refundable if there are no damages or additional fees and a $85 cleaning fee, which covers bed linens, floors, windows, etc. Sorry, no smoking on the property and no pets allowed unless pre-approved in some cases. Main occupant must be at least 25 years old or have responsible co-signor. Maximum of 12 allowed at any one time. No large parties. Any occupancy is subject to a signed written agreement. The State of Michigan requires a use tax charge of six percent for any stay under 30 days. NOTE: A weekend is defined as a Friday and Saturday night and Sunday if Monday is a holiday. The Weekend rate noted above is for a three night minimum stay. If you're staying only two nights, you will be charged for a 3 night stay.
