Maynardville House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $175/night (Mon-Thu) .. $225/night (Fri-Sun) .. $1125/week. Winter rates available upon request.
- Please email owner for holdiday rates (Fourth of July, Labor Day, and Memorial Day weekends)
Rates do not include cleaning fee of $150.00, refundable security deposit of $250.00, nor TN sales tax of 9.25%.
$125 of total balance due at time of booking in order to reserve dates..
Full balance less the $125 due no less than 30 days prior to arrival.
The $125 is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival if canceled dates are re-rented.
If canceled less than 30 days, deposit is non-refundable.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED. Homeowner is extremely allergic. If you bring a pet, your $250.00 security deposit is forfeited for an additional cleaning fee.
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Winter rates available upon request. - Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 and up.
