Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

* To secure a reservation, a 50% security deposit (minimum of $300 and up to a maximum of $900) can be paid via PayPal and will be reimbursed to your account following your departure. - CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations 30 days before arrival, receive a full deposit refund, minus a $100 processing fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival shall forfeit the full deposit amount.
Cancellations less than 15 days before arrival shall forfeit the full rental amount.
There are no refunds for early departures. In the case of a “no show” on the agreed arrival date and without any notification from you within the next 24 hours, the reservation will be considered cancelled.
Any cancellation or change must be made in writing, via email.
NATIONAL DISASTERS & WEATHER/STORM POLICY:
We do not refund rents or deposits lost due to cancelled or shortened stays because of natural disasters and/or storms. Departures due to natural disasters and/or inclement weather/storms do not warrant refund of rent or deposit.

- The master bedroom is quite large and has an adjoining semi-private nook room that houses a twin-sized daybed and pull-out trundle. This would be great room for a couple and their kids. In addition, there is a cozy 'cottage' bedroom off of the master bedroom, and that had a full bed, which would sleep 2 people. Please note that the apartment accommodates 4 adults and 2 children.
