Green Turtle Cay House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- STANDARD RATES: $2100 per week or 3-4 nights $350, 5-6 nights $325 with a minimum of 3 nights.
Special 2012 rate: 30% DISCOUNT when booking one week or longer.
Price includes private dock directly in front of the house on White Sound and an extra slip at the North end of Bluff House Marina.
Deposit: 30% deposit is required at time of booking.
Balance is due 30 days before arrival. We happily accept personal checks.
A required 10% Bahamas travel tax is added to all prices.
No Extra Fee for cleaning, linens, use of washer or dryer.
Rental contract will be forwarded when deposit is received.
