Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Until confirmed, rates and tax are subject to change without notice
• - 2 WEEKS MINIMUM RENTALS
  
  - 12 % Sales Tax.

  - One-time cleaning fee of $80.00.
  
  - All payments must be made by checks or cash in USD.
  
  - Rates are decided by the owners Association of White Sands Village.
  
  - Check-Out at 10:00 AM. Check-In at 3:00 PM.
  
  - A 60-day cancellation notice by phone call or email is required prior to the arrival date to assure a refund minus 10%. Otherwise, renters are responsible for the full time period.
  
  - The condo unit is furnished with all the basic household items necessary for normal living.
  
  - Only full month rentals are accepted for February and March.
  
  - All BOOKINGS ARE HANDLED THROUGH CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT. NO RISK.

  PAYMENT SCHEDULE
  
  1- AT THE SIGNATURE OF THE CONTRACT
  
  300$ USD advance rental deposit to confirm the booking.
  
  2- 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
  
  50% of the rental total fee (see rates) - 300$ (advance deposit)
  
  3- AT CHECK-IN
  
  remainder of half rental fee + 12% tax + 80$ cleaning fees
  
  also, damage deposit of 300$ witch will be deposit in an escrow account and reimbursed (less damage) within 2 weeks after departure
  
  4- WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER DEPARTURE
  
  reimbursement of the 300$ damage deposit less damage
