- A 60-day cancellation notice by phone call or email is required prior to the arrival date to assure a refund minus 10%. Otherwise, renters are responsible for the full time period.
- The condo unit is furnished with all the basic household items necessary for normal living.
- Only full month rentals are accepted for February and March.
- All BOOKINGS ARE HANDLED THROUGH CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT. NO RISK.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
1- AT THE SIGNATURE OF THE CONTRACT
300$ USD advance rental deposit to confirm the booking.
2- 60 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
50% of the rental total fee (see rates) - 300$ (advance deposit)
3- AT CHECK-IN
remainder of half rental fee + 12% tax + 80$ cleaning fees
also, damage deposit of 300$ witch will be deposit in an escrow account and reimbursed (less damage) within 2 weeks after departure
4- WITHIN 2 WEEKS AFTER DEPARTURE
reimbursement of the 300$ damage deposit less damage
